Alice Sweitzer
I’m a cultural strategist based in Berlin, Germany— I work with brands to understand what people care about and to grow in ways that reflect those values, drawing on insights, trends, and foresight.
My career began in economic policy research, where I worked on industry white papers, speechwriting, and consulting with institutions such as the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, D.C., the Mowat Centre at the University of Toronto, and STEaPP at University College London.
Transitioning to the private sector, I began helping brands navigate cultural shifts and market transformations. At Kantar in New York, I spent five years managing Streetscapes — a global cultural insights program producing syndicated and bespoke research for Fortune 500 clients. In Berlin, I led data-driven trend and consumer insights work at Reply, translating cultural signals into quantified growth strategies.
Today, I work independently as a consultant and strategist, advising clients worldwide on how to navigate cultural dynamics and craft strategies that resonate.
